Technical overview

  • QLED quantum-dot panel offering a wider color gamut and longer lifetime compared to conventional LCDs.
  • Hardware resolution 1280×720; software resolution up to 1920×1080 is supported.
  • 10-point capacitive touchscreen; toughened G+G glass (case version only, 6H hardness).
  • Connects via HDMI (video/audio) and USB (touch); includes a 3.5 mm jack for audio output.
  • Supported systems: Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7 as a monitor; Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Kali, and Retropie on Raspberry Pi; Ubuntu on Jetson Nano.
  • When used with a Raspberry Pi, the resolution must be set manually in /boot/config.txt; without these settings the display stays dark.
  • When several monitors are connected at once, configure this LCD as the primary display, because only the primary display can control the cursor.
  • Some PCs do not support HDMI hot-plug; restarting the PC can resolve this issue.
  • Multi-language OSD menu for power management, brightness, and contrast adjustment.
  • Display refresh rate is 60 Hz.

Notes and version constraints

  • Exact electrical values (power consumption, voltage tolerances) are not provided in the source and must be confirmed with the manufacturer before operation.
  • The PWM backlight adjustment method requires soldering a signal to a specific pad location; this is a hardware-level modification and should only be performed by experienced technicians.
  • According to the source, the long-press/right-click emulation supports only 32-bit Raspberry Pi systems by default; it does not work on 64-bit systems without additional modifications.
  • Compatibility with game consoles (Xbox 360, PS4, Switch) is claimed, but no specific settings or limitations are documented; practical testing is recommended.
  • The statement about "longer lifetime" for the QLED panel is a general claim; concrete lifetime figures are missing from the source.
