Notes and version constraints

  • The `gpio` commands listed in the source use outdated `gpiod` syntax; current systems may require `gpiod` instead of `gpio`. Please verify before applying.
  • Assembly materials (copper pillars, screws, sponge, acrylic sheet) are stated in the source as not included in the kit – separate procurement required.
  • When multiple monitors are connected to a PC, touch works on the main screen by default; manual calibration is needed for the secondary screen.
  • Some PCs do not support plug-and-play with HDMI devices; a system restart may be necessary.
  • The display must not be mounted parallel to the ground; maximum tilt angle is 75° from horizontal.
  • PWM backlight control requires soldering a transistor and using PWM pin 18 – version-sensitive, please cross-check with your current system.
