Notes and version constraints
- Exact configuration lines depend on the system version (Trixie, Bookworm, Bullseye/Buster, Stretch/Jessie); select the procedure matching your specific image.
- When using the DSI0 port, additionally set “dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-7inch,dsi0” – only valid on Pi 5/CM4.
- For Bookworm on Pi 5, it is recommended to manually update the system before first boot (“sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get full-upgrade -y”).
- On older systems (Bullseye/Buster), display and touch rotation must be configured separately.
- The standoffs use M2.5 screws; verify fit and assembly before mounting.
