Technical overview

  • Brightness levels: Level 1 ≈ 30 cd/m², Level 2 ≈ 90 cd/m², Level 3 ≈ 150 cd/m² (default), Level 4 ≈ 220 cd/m², Level 5 ≈ 300 cd/m².

Notes and version constraints

  • AMOLED displays are prone to burn-in when static content is shown for extended periods; set a screensaver and avoid displaying the same static image for more than 1 hour.
  • Aging USB ports may provide insufficient power; use the included 5 V/3 A Type-C adapter on the display’s power port if needed.
  • The exact config.txt settings are version-sensitive for Raspberry Pi OS; additional line dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-V3D is required for Kali — please verify before submitting.
  • The “up to 10-point touch” claim depends on the operating system; the actual number of supported touch points must be verified per system.
  • All electrical values (current draw, brightness) come from supplier material and should be independently confirmed for critical applications.
