Technical overview

  • Resolution: 160×80 pixels; ST7735S controller supports RGB444/RGB565/RGB666, module uses RGB565.
  • Display geometry: active area approx. 21.7 mm (height) × 10.8 mm (width); pixel size 0.1356 mm × 0.135 mm; outline 32.5 × 26.00 mm.
  • Supply voltage: 3.3 V or 5 V; operating current about 26 mA at 5 V or 13 mA at 3.3 V.
  • Interface: four-wire SPI; signals RESX (reset), CSX (chip select), D/CX (data/command), SDA (data), SCL (clock).
  • Raspberry Pi wiring: DIN→MOSI (BCM19), CLK→SCLK (BCM23), CS→CE0 (BCM24), DC→BCM22, RST→BCM13, BL→BCM12; VCC to 3.3 V.
  • STM32F103ZET example: DIN→PA7, CLK→PA5, CS→PB6, DC→PA8, RST→PA9, BL→PC7.
  • Arduino UNO example: DIN→D11, CLK→D13, CS→D10, DC→D7, RST→D8, BL→D9; VCC to 5 V.
  • VisionFive2 pins: DIN→19, CLK→23, CS→24, DC→22, RST→13, BL→12.

Notes and version constraints
