sudo pip3 install RPi.GPIO
sudo pip3 install smbus
sudo apt install unzip -y
cd ~
Notes and version constraints
- When first connecting the battery, check whether the WARNING LED is on; if so, the battery is connected in reverse and charging is prohibited.
- Without pressing the BOOT button after initial connection, no power output may be available.
- For charging, use only the supplied power adapter; other chargers can cause unstable power with excessive ripple and damage the product.
- If the insulation pad on the battery’s positive electrode is removed or damaged, stop using the module to avoid short circuit or fire risk.
- Li-ion batteries have limited cycle life and degrade over time; replace them when max cycles are reached or after two years, whichever comes first.
- When removing the battery, do not pry the positive electrode with a screwdriver; pry the negative electrode instead to avoid short circuits.
- Before using any Arduino model other than Uno, verify that the pin connections are correct.
- After using the BCM2835 library, the Raspberry Pi must be rebooted, otherwise Python and other C libraries will not be available.
