Technical overview
- The board is a mini expansion board (Type B) for the Raspberry Pi CM4, sized like the module.
- It has a MINI HDMI port supporting 4K/30fps output.
- DSI and CSI interfaces are disabled by default and must be enabled via device-tree files.
- The USB2.0 port is also disabled by default; enable it by adding dtoverlay=dwc2,dr_mode=host to config.txt.
- A user button is connected to GPIO21 and pulled up via R16 (10kΩ); pressing the button pulls the signal low.
- A micro SD card slot is present but only usable with the Lite version of the CM4.
- Two status LEDs indicate power (PWR) and operating state (ACK) of the CM4.
- A BOOT switch selects between USB Type-C (download mode at power-on) and USB Type-A (boot from eMMC or SD card).
