Summary
The SIM7600G-H is a 4G module HAT for Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano. It supports LTE Cat-4 (up to 150 Mbps downlink, 50 Mbps uplink), 3G/2G fallback, and GNSS positioning (GPS, BeiDou, Glonass). The board provides a SIM card slot (1.8 V / 3 V), a USB-to-UART converter (CP2102), an audio jack for calls, a TF card slot, and two status LEDs. Operating voltage can be set to 3.3 V or 5 V via jumper.

Notes and version constraints
- The source does not provide a complete AT command list; only the commands listed above are explicitly mentioned.
- No information on price, stock, certifications, or warranty is present in the source – such values must not be invented.
- Compatibility with boards other than Raspberry Pi 4B and Jetson Nano is not confirmed in the source.
- The new version (from 2H 2021) introduces hardware changes; older stock may have different pin layouts.
- MMS is explicitly stated as unsupported in the FAQ.
- The reset pin was intentionally not brought out because it can only reset a limited set of functions.
