Summary
The CM-IO-POE-BOX is a composite breakout board that works with Raspberry Pi Compute Modules CM3, CM3L, CM3+ and CM3+L. It provides PoE power over a 10/100M Ethernet port, four USB ports, two CSI camera connectors, and HDMI/DSI display interfaces. The board uses an isolated SMPS, supports 27–57 V DC input via PoE, and outputs 5 V / 2.5 A.

Notes and version constraints
- The source contains outdated or unconfirmed claims about compatibility, electrical values, prices, stock, certifications, or warranty — these were removed or marked as uncertain.
- The 'Write image' step depends heavily on the exact CM variant (with or without eMMC); please verify the specific hardware variant before proceeding.
- Some steps reference software tools (rpiboot.exe, Win32DiskImager) whose availability and version are not confirmed in the source text.
- Camera numbering via the -cs parameter may differ from the silkscreen labels on the board; please test the actual mapping.
- For Bookworm systems, certain dtoverlay lines must be added to config.txt; this is version-sensitive.
- Please have any steps requiring human confirmation reviewed before implementation.
