== Summary ==
This module combines a 3.2-inch TFT with a resolution of 320×240 pixels, driven by the ILI9341 controller together with a resistive touch panel using the XPT2046 controller. It is driven through a parallel 8080 interface (16-bit data bus D0–D15); the touch controller communicates serially over SPI. The pinout includes power, data, control, and touch pins.

== Technical overview ==
* Screen resolution: 320 × 240 pixels
* Display driver: ILI9341, supports RGB modes with 16/18-bit color depth
* Touch controller: XPT2046, 4-wire resistive system with 12-bit A/D converter at 125 kHz conversion rate
* MCU interface: parallel 8080 bus via CS, RS, WR, RD signals and D0–D15
* Power supply: operate at 5 V via Pin 1/Pin 2 or at 3.3 V via Pin 33/Pin 34
* Backlight control: BLCNT PWM input for brightness adjustment
* Touch communication: SPI signals TP_CS, TP_SCK, TP_SI, TP_SO; interrupt TP_IRQ (active low)
* Sample application: STM32F103RCT6 development board as reference for basic driving

== Notes and version constraints ==
* The initialization register values shown in the source text are manufacturer-specific; before use in a new project, the correct register sequence for the specific board must be verified.
* The sample code fragment contains obvious typos (e.g., "0XD3", "0X04", "0XF0", "0X12", "0X81", "0XB7", "0x39", "0x2C", "0x06", "0x20", "0x00", "0x0A", "0x13", "0x0A", "0x08 | 0xa0", "0x08 | 0xc0", "0x08 | 0x60", "MAX_X", "MAX_Y", "Red", "LCD_Code = ILI9341", "LCD_Configuration()", "delay_ms(100)", "GPIO_PinRemapConfig(GPIO_Remap_SWJ_JTAGDisable, ENABLE)"],
* Der FAQ-Bereich behauptet, dass dieses Modell den Chip ILI9325 verwendet, während der Hauptteil ILI9341 beschreibt; diese Diskrepanz sollte vor der Implementierung geklärt werden.
* Keine Kompatibilitätsaussagen zu anderen MCUs (außer STM32F103RCT6 und STM32F407VET6) können aus der Quelle abgeleitet werden; zusätzliche Tests erforderlich.
