== Summary ==
The RGB-Matrix-P2-64x64 is a full-color LED panel with 64×64 pixels (4096 LEDs) and 2 mm pitch. It is driven via HUB75 headers and can be connected to Raspberry Pi, Pico, ESP32, Arduino Mega 2560 or STM32.
== Technical overview ==
* Resolution: 64 × 64 = 4096 individual RGB LEDs; 2 mm pitch; panel size approx. 128 × 128 mm.
* Two HUB75 headers on the board: one for data input, one for output – allows daisy-chaining multiple panels.
* Control type: synchronous, 1/32 scan driving; viewing angle ≥ 140°.
* Power: 5 V / up to 3 A via VH4 header; power consumption ≤ 15 W.
* HUB75 pinout: +5V, GND, R1/R2, G1/G2, B1/B2, row-select A–E, CLK, LAT/STB, OE.
* Manufacturer-listed compatibility: Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Pico, ESP32 (NodeMCU-32S), Arduino Mega 2560 and STM32F103RB.
* For Raspberry Pi, connect GPIOs 1–40 per the provided table; up to three panels can be cascaded.
* Open-source project rpi-rgb-led-matrix provides demos: demo, c-example, minimal-example, text-example, pixel-mover and clock.
== Notes and version constraints ==
* Pin layout may vary slightly between PCB batches; the physical unit in hand is authoritative.
* Use only 5 V supply; other voltages can damage the display.
* Raspberry Pi Pico requires CircuitPython firmware and Mu Editor; without firmware no demo will run.
* Arduino Mega 2560 is recommended because smaller boards lack memory for large bitmaps.
* STM32 demo is based on the HAL library; an external 5 V / 4 A supply is required, otherwise possible I/O malfunctions.
* Text display currently supports font sizes 16×16, 32×32 and 64×64 only.
* Daisy-chaining multiple panels requires correct mapping of input/output HUB75 headers.
